In today’s blog I will share all details regarding redeeming Citi Rewards Points. I earn 1 reward point for every Rs.125 I spent. Also apart from this points if I spent Rs.30000 in a month I receive additional 300 Citibank Rewards Points.
I am using this Citi Rewards Credit Card for more than 1 Year and have accumulated 3400 Citi Reward Points. I will redeem the voucher for Amazon Voucher.

What is Conversation Ratio for Citibank Rewards Points?
Conversion ratio is in Range of 25P per point to 35P per point.
For Statement Credit it is 35P. So for 10000 points you can redeem it for Rs.3500 statement credit.
For Voucher: Amazon voucher of Rs.1000 for 3300 Citi Rewards Points, conversion is 30P Approx.
But if I go for Rs.500 Amazon Voucher then the conversion is bit low. Conversion is 29P Approx.
So if you go for redeeming higher Citibank rewards points, you get a better Conversion.
Also the conversion rate differ from brand to brand. But it is almost in same range of 25P to 35P
Does Citibank Rewards Points Expires?
As per Citibank website “Reward points accrued on your Citi Card are evergreen and don’t expire. But make sure you don’t surrender your card before you redeem your Reward Points.

- No instant voucher– They courier you voucher physically . And it may take up to 7-12 days to reach you depending on your location.
- Higher Points for Statement credit: You need 10000 Citi rewards points and belive it very difficult to reach till same. If you have income more than 6 LPA then you should go for Amex MRCC.
- No Charges: No charges for reward redemption.
- Amazon Voucher available for 1800 Points. Unlike Axis and HSBC where Amazon Voucher is available at 5000 points and 4900 points respectively.
